| Purpose: |
To provide portable moderate case management services to consumers of mental health services living in subsidized housing through the use of a flexible, comprehensive, and individualized model of support. Please note that this position is very independent. |
| Requirements: |
- Degree in mental health discipline or social work preferred. Diploma coupled with extensive experience will be considered.
- Community case management training and experience essential.
- Interest and knowledge of the Criminal Justice System.
